Bonds Restaurant & Bar (5 Threadneedle Street, London) – Bonds Restaurant & Bar sits at the very heart of Threadneedles and provides a fresh approach to modern British & European cuisine. Head Chef, Stephen Smith’s career began in the kitchens of London, working his way up the ladder at renowned restaurants including Quaglinos, Rhodes in the Square, The Oak Room and The Orrery. Now at Bonds Restaurant, Stephen produces uncompromisingly high quality dishes from creative innovative and individual menus, sourced exclusively from sustainable British farms and fisheries.
Suppliers include Highfields Farm in the Kent and Sussex Weald, dedicated to producing the best quality beef and lamb in an award-wining environment and The Denham Estate, where the livestock graze on native pastures in the surrounding meadows and orchards. On the recommendation of her Majesty the Queen’s, Bonds’ fish is selected by John Ross Jr. HM Fish Merchants & Curors in Aberdeen.
